Self-care is essential for overall well-being

When you are kind to yourself, you prioritize your needs and take care of your physical, mental, and emotional health. This can lead to increased energy, reduced stress, and improved mood.

Self-compassion can help you overcome challenges

Being kind to yourself during difficult times can help you cope with stress, setbacks, and failures. It can prevent feelings of self-doubt and shame, and promote resilience and growth.

Kindness to yourself can improve your relationships with others

When you treat yourself with kindness, you are more likely to treat others with kindness and understanding as well. This can lead to healthier and more fulfilling relationships.

✨ You join the WhatsApp Community.

✨ You will receive a 'Kind Challenge of The Day' in the morning which you will have to complete within the day.

✨ Once you complete the challenge, you will confirm by responding to the message in the group!

✨ When you complete the entire 15 day challenge, you will be eligible for the 50% refund.

✨ Note: While these may seem mundane or simple, with enough consistency and mindfulness, this can feel revolutionary for you.  We are careful enough to not make you uncomfortable with the acts, so none of them are boundary pushing. You'll be safe with us!

Why is this not free?
And why a 50% Refund?

We often find that people are a little more motivated once they are financially invested in it, hence we charge a nominal amount. Think about the time you ordered a pizza 🍕 or went out for some hot chocolate ☕️.

To reward you for completing the 30 day challenge, we are offering a 50% refund which you can either choose to accept, let us donate it to an NGO of our choice, or fund our work.

Amplify Your Journey!

Every participant can choose to receive a deck of Kind Cards that will be a perfect aide for them on their journey of kindness.

I am surely a more kind person than before. The improvement is not that big but it is good enough for me. Once again thank you for arranging it 🙌

Thank you very much for this initiative! | enjoyed being conscious of doing acts - as small as hugging myself - that brought on a smile to my/ someone else's face. I think of the Friends episode where Phoebe goes on a quest to find a "selfless deed" and struggles - I too thought whether I am doing these for my own selfish reasons or for others? I think it was a bit of both, which I'm okay with.

I really still do not understand if I am a kind person, or if I am kinder than what I was 30 days ago, but I really enjoyed the structured exercises that you built. I like that someone in this dark world still believes that kindness shall prevail, so my vote is for you! I truly believe that if you believe that kindness can help, I would like to place my bets on.
